  • Once the changeover is complete, HAVER & BOECKER OHG  will become your new supplier of spare parts, service products, and services.
  • Please set up Haver & Boecker OHG as a new supplier in your system and add the updated bank and contact details. This only needs to be done once.
  • Once this is done, you will immediately benefit from streamlined processes, greater transparency, and reliable support.
  • Your existing contact person will remain unchanged.

What changes for installation and on‑site service assignments?

How does this change affect me? Do I need to take any action?

There is no additional effort required on your side as a customer – the transition will take place smoothly in the background. In some cases, you may only need to update the new bank and contact details in your system once.
